SkyPoint Climb
Help code: A31-1256
Take advantage of the seemingly endless number of sunny days the Gold Coast is renowned for with this SkyPoint day climb - the region's ultimate sightseeing experience. The Q1 Climb is a unique, thrilling and scenic, as participants follow a staircase and path above the glass crown that frames the top of this architectural marvel.
Skypoint Climb takes you to a height of 270 metres above sea level and provides climbers with unparalleled views of the stunning Gold Coast region. Connected to an internal handrail for safety, climbers are led to the peak of the tower by an experienced Climb Leader. Climbing the stairs to the massive spire, once atop if you're daring, you can walk along the edge of the building to experience the thrill of a 270 metre drop by just looking down.
To accompany the beautiful setting, your Climb Leader will take the time to point out some of the region's landmarks while also telling some of the region's best kept secrets. You'll never want to climb down from this incredible view, however, when the time does come to descend you'll feel as though you've just experienced a whole new world as the views from the lush Gold Coast Hinterland to the city's golden beaches and the rising skyline is something to revel in.

“ Honestly if you’re contemplating it - just do it! Such amazing views! The initial climb is quite steep but you are going slow! Hanging over the edge, for me was terrifying but you have to do it for the full experience. Tash was fantastic. Will be going again next time for sure!

1 year agoAll my expectations were confirmed. I have had such a unique experience. Anyone who is into adrenaline should definitely try it. Not only the incredible height but also the view over the edge of the observation deck was incredible. Despite all that, you feel super safe and well equipped. All my worries were put to rest. All valuables are super secured. I felt well accompanied by the experienced leaders, who were also super super sweet by the way. And of course the price speaks for itself. You can't really go wrong.
1 year agoThe Skypoint climb was well organised and definitely worth doing. You get a good amount of time at the top too which is great. Tasha was a great guide and talked to us about a few things and the photos at the end were a nice thing to take away. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that I think if could be a little bit cheaper overall. Other than that, a great experience.
1 year agoI really enjoyed the experience. So worth doing. A must do on the gold coast. Ticket was bit cheap from this site so it's good to grab one. 5 stars from my side. Next time I will visit with my friends and family. Really really enjoyed this experience. Once in a lifetime. Recommended to everyone who plans to visit the GC.
2 years agoWhat a great experience! Cloud cover came in and it felt like we where in the clouds! Highest building in Australia! Want to do it again but in the night!
2 years agoThe instructor was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and mentioned some interesting facts about the Gold Coast and Q1. It was a very thrilling experience and the views were amazing! I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to do something exciting on the Gold Coast!
2 years agoThe best fun and best value adrenalin rush of our holiday, You get a little wet but who cares it is awesome to fly across the water, my mrs who hates anything scary or daring was smiling from ear to ear after our Jet boat ride, the conversation for most of that day was how much fun it was. She even said she will definitely do it again.
3 years agoVery good climb leader especially for a new product. Highlight was the view. Maybe could have had a small snack at the end : ) as it makes you very tired and hungry.
1 decade agoAwesome!!!
1 decade agoWas a great experience, thoroughly enjoyed it and will recommend for friends and family. Highlight was the wind blowing at 29 km per hour going down. wish there had of been a bar on the top of the deck.
1 decade agoOffering stunning 360 degree views of the entire Gold Coast, from the surf to the hinterland and beyond, SkyPoint Climb is Australia's highest external building climb. Spend 90 minutes climbing 298 stairs, showcasing mesmerising views the whole journey.
“Climbers must wear fully enclosed rubber-soled shoes (runners or hiking boots) during their Q1 climb and must not be over the blood alcohol limit of 0.05%. Following your climb, you can head inside to the Observation Deck to sit back, relax and enjoy the view from inside.”
