Tour Hartley's Lagoon - the best spot in the park to see crocs in their natural environment; take the Cassowary Walk and see these huge and strikingly coloured birds that date back millions of years; walk the Wildlife Discovery Trail and see a delightful mix of reptiles and birds, and much, much more. While crocodiles are in the name, there's a host of other wildlife on offer as well, including such favourites as cuddly koalas and slithery snakes. Time
- Cruises depart at 9.00am, 10.30am, 11.45am, 1pm, 2.30pm and 4pm. Upon arrival, visitors are issued with a pass indicating their time of departure. The length of each cruise is approximately 25 minutes and complements all the other daily presentations

- Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures is located just 100 metres off the Captain Cook Highway at Wangetti Beach on the spectacular scenic drive between Cairns and Port Douglas, 40 kilometres (40 minutes) north of Cairns and 25 kilometres (20 minutes) south of Port Douglas.

- Bird watchers may wish to bring their binoculars or hire them from reception for $5 per day

3 months agoNice day out and amazing staff! Getting there is a bit hard.
An amazing day out with or without kids. Saw a lot of crocs and the show was amazing! The crocs are in a natural habitat, so that is nice to see. The workers were so funny and good at what they do! Getting there and getting back without your own transportation is a bit hard. Especially cause there is no internet. But they called an Uber for me!

Value for money. We saw live feeding and also had boat tours, lots of shows like, snake show crocodile show etc. They will give you all the information about that animal with a live demonstration. Also, there is a cafe alongside the Crocodile River. Great place to visit I will definitely go back.

Definitely value for money, we found Hartley's Croc Adventures fascinating and informative. Experience Oz offers great discounts and is easy to book online. The venue isn't too big so we had time to see and do everything, a good variety of wildlife and lots of crocodiles - we really enjoyed the shows! Friendly staff (the show guys and the river tour guy were hilarious!) and the temperature was just perfect for this time of year. We all had a blast 😁
